CMI technicians are working to develop a Linux platform to provide our customers. All software on these machines are free thus reducing our cost per machine.
CMI only accepts working 17" monitors and any size flat panels. All monitors larger than 17" will be charged $5 per monitor for disposal

The Computer Ministry collects computers, refurbishes them and then donates the equipment to non-profit ministries and organizations that need computers.
CMI began experimenting with offering Ubunto Linux as an optional operating system for clients. Linux machines look and feel just like Microsoft Windows machines with slight differences. These machines would come with Open Office (similar to Microsoft Office) and Firefox Web browser.
On Saturday, August 14, 2010, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Computer Ministry, Inc., will hold their third computer equipment Recycle Day for calendar year 2010.
Due to Federal and State Regulations regarding disposal of Class C Hazardous Waste (TV, Computer Monitors, etc. containing lead), CMI has been forced to begin charging $5.00 per monitor over 17” in size.
